All prices are listed in CHF or EUR and include applicable sales tax, where applicable. Shipping costs may apply in addition to the listed prices. - for sales contracts for goods, on the day on which you or a third party designated by you, who is not the carrier, took possession of the goods, and

We will use the same payment method for this refund that you used for the original transaction, unless expressly agreed otherwise with you.
For contracts regarding goods, we may withhold the refund until we have received the goods back or until you have provided proof that you have returned the goods, whichever occurs first.
You must return or hand over the goods to us immediately and in any case no later than fourteen days from the day on which you notify us of your withdrawal from this contract. The deadline is met if you send the goods before the deadline expires.
