Right of withdrawal
Consumers have the right to withdraw from this contract within fourteen days without giving any reason.
The withdrawal period begins:
- for contracts for the sale of goods, on the day on which you or a third party named by you, who is not the carrier, takes possession of the goods, and
- in the case of multiple goods ordered in a single order and delivered separately, on the day on which you or a third party named by you takes possession of the last item.
To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must inform us of your decision to withdraw from this contract by means of a clear statement, for example by letter sent by post or by email.
To meet the withdrawal deadline, it is sufficient for you to send your communication concerning your exercise of the right of withdrawal before the withdrawal period has expired.
Consequences of withdrawal
If you withdraw from this contract, we will reimburse all payments received from you, including delivery costs, without undue delay and at the latest within fourteen days from the day on which we receive notice of your withdrawal from this contract. This does not include any additional costs resulting from your choice of a type of delivery other than the least expensive standard delivery offered by us.
For this reimbursement, we will use the same means of payment that you used for the original transaction, unless expressly agreed otherwise with you.
In the case of contracts for the sale of goods, we may withhold reimbursement until we have received the goods back or until you have provided proof that you have returned the goods, whichever is earlier.
You must return or hand over the goods to us without undue delay and in any event no later than fourteen days from the day on which you inform us of the withdrawal from this contract. The deadline is met if you send the goods before the fourteen-day period has expired.
You bear the direct cost of returning the goods.
You are only liable for any diminished value of the goods if this loss in value is due to handling beyond what is necessary to examine the nature, characteristics and functioning of the goods.
The right of withdrawal does not apply to personalized products.

10.2 Customers in Switzerland
For customers in Switzerland, the following voluntary return policy applies:
Return period: 14 days from receipt of the goods
The goods must be unworn, undamaged and in their original packaging.
The customer bears the return shipping costs unless otherwise agreed.
Personalized products are excluded from exchange.
